The idea is to "Login with Box" similar to what Twitter and Facebook offer for web apps.
This would allow you to offer a "Login with Box" button on your Web App to let users login with their Box.net accounts. The authentication would be universal so that if they were already signed into a Box session they wouldn't be prompted to enter their username & password.
This is particularly useful for those of us developing Web Apps that are complimentary to Box. For example, lets say I developed a Web App for my clients. I also manage their Box Enterprise account. I want to let my clients login to Box.net AND my new web app at the same time, without forcing them to login twice.
So this idea is a solution to that problem; with a Twitter style universal authentication the Web app can share the same login session as Box.net and vice versa.
